TicketSocket provides technology used to support ticket sales and related functionality on the Site.
NXT UP and TicketSocket are separate companies.
TicketSocket’s collection and processing of information may also be governed by TicketSocket’s own privacy policy, terms, and contractual obligations.
Similarly, payment processors, venues, transportation providers, hospitality providers, and other independent third parties may process information under their own privacy practices.
NXT UP does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

Payment-card and other financial information should be entered only through the designated secure checkout process.
NXT UP does not request that customers send full credit-card numbers, card-verification codes, or similar payment credentials through ordinary email or general contact forms.
Payment transactions may be processed by TicketSocket and applicable payment-processing providers.
Those providers may collect and process information necessary to authorize, complete, secure, refund, or otherwise administer the transaction.

If you request a refund, dispute a transaction, initiate a chargeback, or otherwise raise an issue regarding an order, we may use and disclose relevant transaction and communication records to investigate and resolve the matter.

If the Site does not engage in the type of processing to which the signal relates, receiving the signal may not change Site functionality.
