Moontower Media, LLC d/b/a Nxt Up Nation (“NXT UP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a positive and accessible experience for users of tickets.nxtupnation.live and related online ticketing functionality (collectively, the “Site”).

3. Ticketing and Checkout
The Site uses TicketSocket, Inc. to provide ticketing technology and related functionality.
Payment processing is provided through Stripe and other applicable financial-service providers.
Certain portions of the ticketing, checkout, payment, authentication, or transaction experience may therefore be provided or controlled by independent third parties.
NXT UP seeks to work with service providers that support usable and accessible customer experiences but does not independently control all third-party technology.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
The Site may contain or integrate content, tools, widgets, applications, websites, or services operated by third parties.
These may include:
Ticketing services.
Payment services.
Maps.
Embedded media.
Social-media services.
Venue websites.
Event-provider websites.
Hospitality providers.
Transportation providers.

NXT UP does not control the accessibility of independently operated third-party websites, platforms, or technologies.
Accessibility concerns relating specifically to a third-party service may also need to be addressed directly with that provider.
5. Event Accessibility
Accessibility needs relating to an Event, venue, seating area, hospitality experience, or other physical location may differ from accessibility of the Site.
Some Events take place at locations operated by independent venues or third-party providers.
We encourage guests requiring accommodations to contact NXT UP sufficiently in advance so that we can review the request and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable venue or provider.
The availability and nature of particular accommodations may depend on the Event, venue, provider, and circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, NXT UP may attempt to provide information or assistance through an alternative method if a particular Site feature cannot be accessed.

Providing an alternative method in one situation does not guarantee that the same method will be appropriate or available in every circumstance.

9. No Additional Event Benefits
An accessibility request does not alter the Ticket purchased or automatically provide additional admissions, credentials, hospitality benefits, upgrades, companion Tickets, transportation, or other Event benefits unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by NXT UP.
Nothing in this Section is intended to limit any accommodation or right required by applicable law.

We welcome feedback regarding accessibility of the Site.

11. Technical Limitations
Accessibility may be affected by factors outside NXT UP’s direct control, including:
